Refund and Return Policy

If we choose to provide a refund or exchange, we will ask that item(s) be returned to us within 7 calendar days from the Return Authorization (RA). You have up to 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange of the purchased items. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
